Need to sharpen those carving knives before Thanksgiving?! The Coventry Public Library is thrilled to bring back B'Ladies, a local family business from South Kingstown, to sharpen your knives and blades.
10-minute time slots will be available on Monday, November 23rd from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for free sharpening. Book your appointment now to bring in up to 3 different knives or scissors to be sharpened - for free! (No axes or tools.)
Items allowed for sharpening:
- Small knives: ~ 4"-5" blade length
- Medium knives: ~ 6"-7" blade length
- Large knives: ~8" + blade length
- Crafting or kitchen scissors
- Pinking shears
- Pocket knives
Registration is required. You may register for a 10 minute slot by calling Jessica at 401-822-9104 or by emailing JCoppa@coventrylibrary.org (there is NO online registration). Please indicate what time you would like to come in and we will do our best to accommodate.
