Food for thought: a cookbook club

    Our cookbook club will kick off the fall by making and tasting recipes from Milk Street: Tuesday Nights by Christopher Kimball.

    The cookbook club meets once a month on Mondays from 6:30- 8 pm. The club reads and reviews a wide range of cookbooks to include: various cooking techniques and cuisine, specific chefs, and cooking styles. The members of the club bring one dish to share from the cookbook and the group sits down for a potluck dinner to discuss the recipes.
