Printing & Copying Services:

Outgoing fax service is available at Coventry Public Library. Cost is $1 per page, maximum $5. Incoming fax service is not available.

SCANNING:
We are able to scan documents onto your flash drive.
Notary:
Notary service is offered for free at the Coventry Public Library and Coventry Town Hall. This service is generally available during normal business hours. Proper governmental identification with a signature is required and all documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. Exam Proctoring:
The Reference Staff is generally available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., staffing permitting, to proctor exams. Please contact the Reference Desk at 401-822-9105 to schedule. Here are some guidelines for our exam proctoring service:
- We can proctor digital and paper exams. For digital exams, you're welcome to use your own device or one of our public PCs to complete your exam, depending on your school's policies. For paper exams, we have the ability to print exams and scan them to send to your school.
- We cannot proctor exams that are longer than 3 hours.
- The staff member proctoring your exam may not be able to sit with you throughout your entire exam and may need to step away periodically to help other patrons. Each student is responsible for ensuring that arrangement works with their school's policies.
- We do not have any private rooms or quiet spaces in the library. We are one large space, and you may experience low-to-moderate noise from the service desks and children's department.
- We can provide blank scrap paper and spare writing utensils.
