The rules:
- Miles can be done in and out of doors.
- Miles are walking miles; conversion chart is below and on log.
- Have fun! Feel free to participate with family or friends, but everyone needs their own log.
- Logs must turned in before May 7th in order to be eligible for prizes.

If you are counting steps - 2000 steps = 1 mile
If you are biking - 4 biking miles = 1 walking mile
If you are jogging - 1 jogging mile = 1.5 walking miles
