Best Places to Canoe & Kayak in RI

Charles Horbert, a member of the RI Canoe & Kayaking Association Board who was recently featured in Rhode Island Monthly, will be speaking about the best places to kayak and canoe in RI, as well as a trip from Massachusetts to Connecticut that he made by water.
